Shipping & Returns

All orders will be treated with the utmost urgency. Every effort will be made to dispatch orders ASAP. Once payment has been received goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. We normally ship the order within 1-2 business days after the payment is completed.

Depending on the size of the product you have purchased we will ship the order by Australia Post Express Post Service or if the product is too large and/or heavy for this service we will send via TNT Express. Insurance and/or other delivery options are available by request. Please contact us directly.

Of course you can always pick up from us at no cost.

The tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours after we have sent your order to you.

New products are supplied with the Manufacturers Warranty on a Return to Base basis.

Used and Refurbished products, unless otherwise stated, carry a 7 day Dead on Arrival Return to Base Exchange or Refund Warranty.

Damage during delivery must be reported with 3 days after you receive the parcel.
